Reviews Overview

Most Liked

Customers rave about The Fried Fish's big, juicy sausages, noting them as a standout item on the menu. The freshness of the fish, particularly the water pollan, earns accolades, with patrons claiming it's the only place to find it in the area. Authenticity is key here, with flavors that transport you right to the heart of traditional fish and chip shops. Many reviews highlight the friendly staff, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Plus, the quick-service aspect means enjoying a tasty meal without a lengthy wait, perfect for lunch breaks.

Most Disliked

Some customers have noted that bringing cash is essential, as The Fried Fish does not accept card payments. This might create inconvenience for those who prefer cashless transactions. Additionally, a few have mentioned that the dining space is slightly small, which can lead to crowded conditions, especially during peak hours. While the flavors are celebrated, the limited seating could be a downside for larger groups looking to dine in together.

This is a small fish and chip takeaway. But the staff are all very friendly and the food is 1st class. You got to try a pollen supper. Pollen as I found out is a fresh water fish only found at Lough Neagh and the surrounding rivers.
